There are countless exciting things that separate Quest-Con from most of the other cons on the Gulf Coast.  Being able to manage foot traffic is definitely one of those.  One of the greatest aspects of the Mobile Convention Center is the ability to direct and guide traffic flow in to our Exhibit Hall, and then to our vendors and events within it.  In other words, we're able to drive extra traffic to our vendors that they might not normally see.  We want our vendors to see as much traffic as possible.  More traffic equals more exposure for our vendors.  More exposure equals more sales.  More sales equals more money.  Here are some of the ways that we are trying to make your vending experience as profitable as possible:

  • A vendor selection process that limits the amount of vendors that are selling the same items.
  • A Flow pattern that has our attendees entering the hall from one direction and exiting from another
  • Several attractions within the Exhibit Hall itself that will help drive traffic to the Vendor areas
  • Strategic placement of attractions to help spread attendees throughout the Hall.
  • Quests that will encourage attendees to visit the Hall multiple times.

 

Artist/Author Table - $150

Quest-Con strongly supports the artist & author community.  These tables are limited, so get yours while you can.  Please keep in mind that these tables are reserved for actual artist and authors.  All merchandise sold at these tables must be of original and/or modified creations by said artists.  Publishing companies will need to purchase a vendor booth(s).

Each Artist Table includes the following:

- Table with cloth
- 2 Chairs
- 2 Vendor passes

Exhibitors will receive notification of booth/table location and assigned load-in time via email approximately 30 days before the start of the convention.  Packets with passes and other important pertinent information will be available for pick at any time during load in times.  Load in will start as early as Thursday morning and end Friday afternoon at 11:00am.  All exhibitors are expected to be completely set up by the convention start time, and not break down until the end of the convention Sunday afternoon.

We are still in the process of accepting/approving vendors for Quest-Con.  Applications will be evaluated in approved on a case by case basis.  Please include as much information as you can in your application pertaining to your booth set up, and what you are intending to sell/advertise.  Demand for table space has been surprisingly high, and if approved, tables will only be held for a set amount of time, at which point we will need to make them available again.  Deposits are allowed, but will need to be paid in full by August 1st, 2017.

Each booth purchased includes:

- Table skirting & booth partitioning (can modify on request)
- 8ft Table with cloth
- 2 Chairs
- 4 Vendor passes (2 per booth purchased after first)
